Edit: I found out that anyone who exploited the unlockable weapons before they got it is locked for them, however all who havn't exploited them get it still :>

Edit again: I have unlocked weapons guys ;) I thought it said locking weapons to EVERYONE lol

If it is a joke, no. But it said everyone who cheated to unlock weapons without the achievements can't unlock them for a whole month

There's a glitch that was/is going around that let you use other classes' weapons. For example, a scout using a rocket launcher, an engineer using a minigun, or a medic using stickybombs.

I know for a fact that said exploit HAS existed. They (ValvE) said they fixed it before. Whether or not it still exists remains to be seen. If it does, and if people have been using said exploit, their unlockable weapons(natascha, blutsager, backburner etc.) are now locked. For a month.

Lucky Me I didn't get Caught.

There was a time when I played a Scout Overhealed to Heavy level Health and with a Heavy Loadout.

It was fucking insanely fun.

I was still slowed to the same speed as a revved Heavy when I revved though.
