Multiple ways of being incapacitated!?

Ok guys, I was watching the new 10 videos for the second time and I noticed something that I don't think anyone else noticed or pointed out. On video number 8 at the very end of the video as they get out of the tiny elevator, the Vietnam Veteran (Bill?) gets knocked down/incapacitated. Zoey goes back and at the VERY END we see that he is hanging on for dear life to the edge of the elevator!!! Am I the only one who saw this? Or did I miss it? Watch for it in the video, I think it happens if you fall off the elevator. I posted this on the L4D Community too, but no response.
