Crazy menu glitch on 360

You guys probably won't believe me, but me and my friend were playing campaign and we beat it and skipped through the credits...and I'm in the menu it puts you back on...and my friend was like WTF...he said that he was playing through then menu buy he was in that menu area...were you see the zombies stumbling around...and he said when he turned around he saw a picture of doug lambardi like smiling...I got no picuters sadly...but I was wondering if anyone else has seen this glitch?!?
