In this case, 12 years is MUCH too long to wait for a sequel IMO, the best time is somewhere from 3-5 years if it's a multiplayer game.

I walked into BestBuy and there were 3 shelves stacked high with MW2 games for all platforms. There were also cardboard cut-outs of in-game soldiers and stuff... I wonder if I can get those cut-outs when they're done. That would look so cool on my front porch.

As long as the soldier had a rocket launcher AND a rifle, it might work. Putting a double barrel next to him wouldn't hurt either.
