L4D Video Preview by Gamer.tv - 1/9/08

Gamer.tv is a weekly gaming magazine show and on their January 5th, 2008 episode had a 3 minute video preview of L4D with all new footage. What makes this footage stand out from the rest is that it shows some calmer moments of Left 4 Dead, along with rifle and pistol action.

The video shows that there's more than one animation to the dual pistol melee hit, and also shows off the joys of the great voice system. The previewer mentions 1000 lines of dialogue, but actually that's around 1000 for EACH of the four Survivors. Starting at about 2:50 you can see the player spamming the same command, which in many games can get annoying, but instead of the same line, Louis says: "Hurry up!", "I'm not waiting on you, get up here!", "Hurry!
