Warning: Quite a few people are experiencing problems with the videos. No loading, no audio, other bad things. I have no idea why this is the case since they work perfectly fine for other people, and sometimes when they've not been working they start working fine. I am sorry that the one day this service messes up for us is for this. If they do not work for you, it's probably not worth the trouble to try and get them to work; just come back a little later and hope.
